We go to over 36 pet adoption events a year to find great homes for our kids.
We are completely volunteer-run and survive on donor funding.
Donations have a direct effect on the lives of these dogs that give people joy and comfort.
For the cost of one Itune, I can have: a tennis ball to play with or a can of wet food.
For the cost of one Venti Mocha, I can have: a squeaky toy, blanket or id tag.
For the price of a movie ticket I can have: a vaccine, a collar, a bed or a flea treatment.
For the price of 2 pounds of See's Candy, I can have one visit to the vet, a big bag of kibble, a harness or a leash.
For the price of one video game, I can have: a dental cleaning or a grooming.

Pet of the week! Taffy!
Taffy is a cuddly 2 yr old Silky & Cairn Terrier blend. She is full grown at 12 lbs. She makes fast-friends & is very curious. As an added bonus, she also comes with a PetFlys "City Girl" carrier (valued at $110). All Ken-Mar Rescue pets are spayed or neutered, up to date with shots & microchipped.
